Notre Dame is Burning

My heart is breaking. I can’t believe what I am watching.

UPDATE: Most of the cathedral is lost, but according to French media, all of the movable treasures within were rescued, such as relics, etc. As soon as the fire started, that was one of the main priorities (this does not surprise me, as the Folger has such a plan in place as well). Of course, the stained glass windows could not be saved, nor probably some of the heavier sculptures (though perhaps their saving was also part of the plan). They say the remainder of the structure is sound, but stone can only bear so much heat. I pray it does not collapse in the coming days.
